I decided to write this review for those who don't believe it is possible to buy a car with CARVANA and/or Online and have it delivered and having 7 days to check it out. I thought my credit was so bad that I will not qualify, plus I was already financing a Sedan for 3 years and I did not want more debt on my credit. The sad thing is I paid to this family friend "Owner Will Finance" type of dealership in Los Angeles over $14k in last two years and still I do not have a car in my name because every single car they gave me ended up breaking down or finding out odometer was rolled back to 100% what the real mileage should have been. I drove over 9 different cars in last 2 years with last one still not ready from a tune up as of December 2018. I decided to stand up for myself no more letting family relations keep me bounded. The only raison I went with Carvana is because the local dealership I shopped was taking too long with my application and was bouncing it from one person to another with the last person focusing on my private life asking questions about why and why not, this job, that job, your family,.... in the meantime because of the hard hit on my credit from that dealership I started getting multiple offers from various financing companies. I decided to start an application with CARVANA and within hours I was shopping for a car. My first car ended up being rejected by the people in charge of delivering it to me just three hours before the delivery time. At least the person in charge of the delivery was caring enough to realize that the car wasn't within CARVANA standards and had some damage not listed online that he personally called me and sent me current pictures. Which saved me the added inconvenience of receiving a car that I knew will not work. I immediately looked for a second car, called CARVANA, they put me on hold and contacted that person to make sure claim was legitimate and they, within five minutes, cancelled that car so that I could proceed with my second choice. I waited an additional week based on the delivery date I picked to receive the new car. Process was as described, friendly, convenient, and no hidden "clauses". Your account portal gives you a count down, and I received a phone call on day 3 and on day 6 to check if any issues and my overall satisfaction. For me, so far it has been a great experience. I chose a newer car for my growing family as I need to fit 7 people going to school every day. I got my peace of mind.
