Carvana really could be a market disrupter. I originally had planned to buy from Carmax but had a few requests they would not accommodate that I later learned were just part of the standard Carvana buying experience. I would highly recommend Carvana advertise that they take care of the entire DMV experience (registration, title, etc.) as your competitors often do not do this and I think it's a product differentiator. The delivery person actually showed up 30 minutes earlier than our scheduled time and then waited for me. Customer service on the phone is always very professional. Two recommendations for improvement: expand your car inventory as it was a little low and I had to wait a few weeks to find what I wanted & staff more on the customer service line as I have often had to wait 30-60 minutes for a rep. Otherwise, no complaints. You have a great service and I think I could easily become the predominant player in the used car market. The online portal is very smooth, especially for purchasing and you save several hours of sanity not having to hang around a loud and crowded dealership. The car description was accurate and honest. I highly recommend Carvana to all of my friends!
First let me say that this has been the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The research part is the best here, you get to browse an inventory that doesn't exist outside Carvana universe, the photos are comprehensive and the carfax reports says it all. The prices in Carvana can't be beaten. The process was so easy and fun. Few steps and Walla you're set, after a day or two the loan gets approved and the car is on the way. I received my car looking even better than the photos, I guess it's not phylogenetic lol. Full fuel tank and fresh service was done. The best thing I liked was the 7 day money back and the 100 day warranty, this gave me security, stress free and a peace of mind. I never thought that I can buy a used car online but believe me once you try Carvana everything changes. Prospective buyers out there, go for it.
It's amazing the difference between pre-sales and post-sale customer service. I found the car that I wanted and when it was delivered was in excellent condition and the entire process was very smooth and pleasant. After I signed for the car, looking underneath I discovered a large oil stain. I reported the oil stain to the same customer service people that were in contact with me before the car was delivered only to be told that it is a warranty issue. I contacted the warranty company only to find out that it was evident in the pre-inspection process and therefore not covered. Used car sales never changes. Don't let all the hype and customer service upfront fool you. Once you sign you're screwed.
I was a little uneasy at first buying a used car online but after all was said and done this was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. No pressure and I can browse with ease. Very good information on sight and once I got the car it did not disappoint. Great customer service all along the way really makes this enjoyable. I will definitely buy another car from Carvana in the future.
From the shopping and all the paperwork being done in the comfort of home, no sitting in a dealership for hours of back and forth to the "manager", to the pick up and the vending machine experience, to a few early issues that were easily and relatively painlessly handled with the warranty company (SilverRock) - what started as some trepidation in buying a used car online has left us with smiles on our faces, extremely happy with the whole experience.
I was a bit hesitant to purchase a used car online, particularly since I did not get the opportunity to inspect the vehicle ahead of time. I was under a timeline to get a vehicle purchased before June of 2020 and could not shop for one due to the COVID shutdown. I decided to try it out and was pleasantly surprised. The people I spoke with on the phone to guide me through the process were patient and friendly. They made efforts to be sure all my questions were answered. I was extremely impressed with the delivery process. The delivery person, Jamal, was very friendly and patient. He took time to answer all my questions; invited me to take my time to test out the vehicle; and recorded all my questions and comments regarding the vehicle.
This was unlike any car buying experience EVER!!!! So simple and easy. I bought my car while I was eating lunch at a restaurant. Boom it was done. No wasting my time. I am telling everyone, just saying!!!

Welp I'm still holding my breath!! Lol ALL specialist I encountered were all friendly and knowledgeable! I wish I would have had more time to get me car checked out. Carvana really could be a market disrupter.
